Each summer Camp Wesley Woods serves and ministers to around 1,000 children and youth. Outside summer, we serve another 5,000 children and youth.

We invite you to pray about becoming ministry partners in this valuable and loved camping ministry that grow disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Your gift will make an eternal difference!

Annual Giving

Providing a loving community and quality camping ministry requires substantial resources. The Annual Campaign is an opportunity for you to partner with us to provide these resources to continue the positive and eternal impacts of our ministries on over 6,000 children, youth and adults each year.

Annual Giving also supports the Campership (Scholarship) Program. The cost of camp can more than some families can afford. We believe every child should have the opportunity to experience summer camp. It is our desire that no child will miss out on the camp experience for a lack of funds.

Your gift to the Annual Campaign also provides financial assistance which allows campers who are unable to pay the full fee for summer camp to attend camp.

In 2022, 10% of our campers received a sponsorship of some kind from Camp Wesley Woods. Typically, we distribute about $35,000 per year in sponsorship so that children can attend Camp Wesley Woods and experience Jesus and Christ's community regardless of their financial situation.

It's easy to get started! You'll need your Kroger Plus Card when you sign up. Don't have a Kroger Plus Card? You can sign up for one at the customer service counter at any Kroger store.

Here's how to sign up: Visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com.

1. If you have already created an online account using your Kroger Plus Card, click on "Sign In", then go to step #5.

2. If you have not created an online account using your Kroger Plus Card, click on "Register".

3. If you are registering for the first time, you will need to enter your Kroger Plus Card number, email address, and select your preferred store.

4. Then check your email for a confirmation link, and click on that link. You'll use your email address and password to sign in.

5. Click on "My Account". Click on "Community Rewards" on the left side of the page.

6. Enter the Camp Wesley Woods organization number: 55517

7. Select Camp Wesley Woods from the list, click "Enroll".

8. Use your Kroger Plus Card each time you shop, and Camp Wesley Woods will earn rewards!
