Process:

1. Camp Wesley Woods is a second level sponsorship. We ask all families / parties to first approach their local church or a local church to ask for assistance covering camp fees if at all possible. 
2. After you have approached your local church, if there is still a need we would be happy to assist with helping campers come to camp. Funds for financial aid are limited and sponsorship requests are handled on a first come, first served basis. Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as they are submitted. Once funds are depleted, we will not be able to distribute sponsorships.
3. For those with this need, Camp Wesley Woods is pleased to be able to offer sponsorships for a portion of the camp fee in order to provide the opportunity for as many campers as possible to attend camp. If your camper is attending:
1. Discovery, the CWW sponsorship amount is up to $150
2. Basecamp Mini Session or Adventure Glamping 1-week session, the CWW sponsorship amount is up to $250
3. Basecamp 2 Week Session, Adventure Glamping 2-week session, any Trip or two week program - the CWW sponsorship amount is up to $500
4. In order to apply for sponsorship through Camp Wesley Woods, you must complete a registration in a specific format:
1. Choose a session of interest from the website. www.campwesleywoods.com
2. Create or sign into an account. Begin process of registration for that session.
3. Choose Tier 2 as your payment tier if it is a session requiring this choice.
4. At checkout, please choose Flexible Payment Option (this allows us to apply sponsorship). If you pay in full or choose monthly payments, we will not be able to apply sponsorship.
5. To be considered for sponsorship, the initial deposit for the session must be paid. If for some reason you do not end up qualifying for sponsorship, this money will be refunded by request. Sponsorship dollars may be added anytime before final payment is due. 
5. We will review your request for Sponsorship and directly apply them to your registration. Please be sure to carefully spell your campers name clearly and identify the session they are attending so that we can apply these funds. You will receive an email and/or phone call confirming your sponsorship.
